Our mission is to bring Trust to International Trade and to empower Importers and Exporters by eliminating the complexities and high costs associated with traditional bank-based Letter of Credits combined with a Supply-Chain Visibility solutions which utilises IoT technology ensuring reliable transaction payments and minimising risks of incomplete or damaged shipments.
Tasks

- – Administrative support: Assist in daily administrative tasks for the CEO and COO
- – Support COO and CEO in all admin tasks related in particular:
- – Prepare and manage expense claims.
- – Book travel arrangements for the entire team.
- – Review email correspondence for the CEO and draft initial responses.
- – Support for the monthly financial reporting to investors.
- – Prepare shipping documents for review by COO.
- – Prepare Invoicing documents for review by COO.

Requirements
– Language Proficiency: Excellent knowledge of both German and English
– Technical Skills: Familiarity with all Office tools. Good experience of content management systems and CRM software (Hubspot is preferred) are beneficial
– Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills in both German and English
– Organization Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively assigned tasks
– Team Player: Collaborative mindset with a proactive attitude
